Vestibule of Mischief is a small and circular spot that allows you to go in three different directions. The hall is located between Lower Chambers Corridor North-East and Porticus Circumscriptus. A few bay windows with cushioned seats beneath allow lots of natural sunlight to pour in.
Soie had little to no clue where she was going or what she was doing, so the new Hufflepuff wandered aimlessly on her return from the Black Lake after their second dinner at Hogwarts. When she landed in a small room with two other ways to go, she gave a loud huff of frustration, but it wasn't filled with anger. "Where am I?" she asked aloud, hoping maybe a ghost would hear or a hiding student. Nothing for a moment, but she waited with hope before she started to cross the room to go to the larger corridor opening.

Frances was actually coming in from the Dungeons, going up the Porticus Circumscriptus, when she heard a frustrated voice further down. Her brow furrows as she approaches the source of the Where am I?. Walking quickly, she soon sees Soie. "Are you alright?"
Soie stopped in her tracks, whipping around to the source of the voice, which cracked through the tense air. For a second, she was expecting a snide comment and her fists curled up underneath the oversized sleeves of her robes. "I'm awesome. I'm just...a bit lost." she said with a confident voice, not wanting to let her voice fall silent in the room. "I just came in from Ilvermorny and I haven't memorized the way back to the common room yet." A slight blush appeared on her freckled cheeks.

She doesn't know if it's because she's become such an expert at putting up smiles for show, or because the girl is so obviously tense, but Frances can see past her fake confidence. "It's alright, don't worry. I came in from Ilvermorny last year and I got lost every day until the last quarter," she admits, with a soft laugh. "What house are you in? I may be able to help."
