Hey peeps!

So I am FINALLY at a place where I can work on active users for image and video deletion!!!!!!!! :D Whew!

Here's how it's going to work:

1. If you are a user who has made multiple edits to other users' images such as adding categories, PLEASE let me know on my talk page. I will be deleting your stuff last (mainly because I'm not sure how I'm going to... especially for someone like Jisk, whose edits go into kingdom come... :P)

2. Please help me as much as possible before I get to you by doing what I've asked on my previous blog if you have not already done so: adding your user category to all your images, going through and adding Category:Candidates for deletion to the ones you don't want and Category:Unused Not Deleted1 to the unused ones you do want. The term 'unused', to clarify, means the file is not posted on a page. You can revisit the blog for details. If you have done this already, also let me know on my talk page, so I can keep track.

3. Basically I will be doing the active users who haven't followed the blog or who haven't edited other users' images first. Don't worry, I'll be waiting about a week to give users who haven't taken care of their images to do so. Once I have all my talk page notifications, I will make "deletion groups" for everyone who has made an edit within the past month. When it's your deletion group's turn, I'll post a message on your talk page saying that I'll be going through your images and videos shortly. Then I'll go through them just like I go through the inactive users, adding the deletion tag to any unused images and then asking you if you still want them. If you do still want an image I've tagged, please notify me (again, on my talk page), then remove Category:Candidates for deletion and add Category:Unused Not Deleted1. If I don't get a reply from you within 2 weeks, your tagged images and videos will be deleted.

This is new territory for me, and this is the best way I could think of to do this. If you have any ideas for how to deal with users who have edited others' images or users with a heck of a lot of edits (yes, ik I'm picking on Jisk in particular, but there are others too :) ) PLEASE let me know!

Also please note: I've added Category:Image Deletion Blog to any blog having to do with this mass image deletion, so any blog in that category is worth reading!

Thanks, guys!
