Welcome to the tattoo parlour! Located in Lincliff City, witches and wizards are allowed to come here and get tattoos, which, if they wish, can be magically altered so that they move across the person's skin. The witch or wizard must be at least 17 before they are legally allowed a tattoo. If you wish to have one, an appointment is not needed - just come in! There's a waiting area, two tattoo benches and a back room where people are allowed to wait and hang out. The chair itself has a Ministry-drawn Age Line around it, to ensure no under-seventeens can sit there, and anyone with a Trace on who crosses the threshold will also trigger an alert in the Auror Office. That's why if you're under seventeen and Rin still decides to tatt you, he does it in the alley beside the joint. Above the establishment is a loft-style apartment where the owner Kim Saerin lives. Jace tends to crash there every now and then too.

"So we've got three options," he said around a lollypop stick as he threw himself into one of the chairs in the small waiting room the place had. The tattoo artists were busy with other clients and he was happy to wait. More time with Layton. "A flying snitch that flies around on my ass, a little barn swallow bird that can fly around on my chest, or a griffin right here," he said as he slapped the side of his stomach. He'd been wanting one for ages and he'd asked Layton to come along with him. He didn't want to do it alone. He heard it hurt, you know? "Which one do you think would look best?"

Layton smiled as Rasmus went over the options. Although they were official in all but title, he still found himself being captivated by the taller and listened to each word intently. His eyebrows furrowed slightly as he pondered the options, easing himself into a chair and crossing one leg over the other. "I mean, they'd all look good," He said with a nod before glancing at Rasmus. "But maybe the snitch or the griffin. Those'd look well and have some meaning to you, y'know?"

"I could always go for all three....but I think we'd be here for a long time, so maybe just-you know what, lets do the snitch," he said with a grin. Okay-maybe he just wanted to get something on his ass. "Have you ever thought about getting something?" He asked, really out of curiosity. Who knows-they could walk out of here with matching tattoos like any self respecting couple would. Rasmus doesn't know why anyone would think that idea is a tad impulsive. It's called living in the moment.

"I mean, I don't have anything planned," Layton said with a little laugh, "I always make sure I have a free day whenever you want to do something - just in case you make us do anything totally unexpected." It sounded like it was an inconvenience to Layton wherein reality it was far from it; Layton enjoyed any and all time he got to spend with his boyfriend, especially as he prepared to launch himself into his Ministry career. "A snitch on the ass it is then," Layton said with a nod, playfully rolling his eyes at Rasmus' grin. He pondered the question for a second, arms crossed before shrugging. "I don't think I have... Nothing's ever really jumped out at me, y'know?" He wondered if this was the start of Rasmus trying to convince him to get a matching one. He wouldn't be opposed, not really, but a tattoo on the ass wasn't his thing.
