Dani was roaming the castle halls, doing her prefect duties when she happens to pass by this certain corridor - the sound of music catching her attention. She decides to find out what's going on, and a smile forms on her face when she sees that the source of the sound is actually her younger sister. She moves closer before clearing her throat, trying to subtly reveal to Rebecca that there's someone there. "Well, well, sister. Nice to see you here."
She'd only got a slight fright when someone had cleared they're throat, but the moment she'd spoken she'd known who it was. "Way to sound oddly sinister Dani" She smiled slightly, finally glancing up from her guitar.
"Who thought friendliness could actually be such an annoying trait, right?" She laughs, while tucking her hair behind her ear. "Er, Ravenclaw is....alright, to say the least. I mean, there's lots of competitive people, and a bunch of know-it-alls, but I can manage. God knows I'm one of them too." She says with a grin. "But anyway, how are you adjusting so far? Do you miss Castelobruxo?"
"Yeah well, you won't have to worry about that one" She remarked, knowing it to be a joke but Tori was still a bit of a weird subject for her "I've spoken to Tori a grand total of once and that didn't go so well" She gave a shrug as if she couldn't care less but it was quite obvious that it bothered her.
She sighs, "Yeah, she's a piece of work, isn't she?" It's no secret that Dani and Tori hate each other's guts, and while majority of their other relatives as well as other people at Hogwarts seem to be always at Tori's side, Dani is happy to know that Becca is someone she could always lean on. "Well, we got to stick together, then, right?" She takes her sister's hand and grips it lightly. "Y'know, we should schedule like, weekend lunches at Hogsmeade or something, just so we can regularly chat and update each other with the going-ons in our lives," she suggests, smiling.
She gave a small shrug of her shoulders "I don't really know her so I can't comment. First meeting she didn't exactly live up to the hype though" It wasn't that she hated Tori, in fact she'd love the chance to get to know her she just, hadn't had the warmest welcome. "That actually sounds nice" She decided giving Dani's hand a light squeeze before giving her a cheeky grin "So long as you're paying"
"Oh no, you'll pay for your food, I'll pay for mine, okay?" She says jokingly because she's honestly willing to pay as long as it's for the both of them. "Anyway... other than me, who else have you acquainted with, so far?" She asks, starting a new topic. "Have you run into any of our other annoying relatives?"
She chuckles, "It's not really a requirement, but wouldn't it be nice to have some friends?" She's lowkey referring to her own situation, not really having any friends herself. "That's good, I guess. Our family is crazy."
"Yeah, probably," she agrees, smiling before pushing off from where she's leaning on the wall and takes a look at her wristwatch. "Oh well, I got more prefect duties to cover." She sighs sullenly, wanting to spend more time with the only family member that she actually likes. "I'll see you around?"
"Aw, thanks sis," she leans in for a quick hug, before moving away and walking down the hall. She turns around though, just before she disappears into a different corridor. "Hogsmeade this weekend, okay? Don't forget!" She shouts out the reminder, a grin on her face.
