"Well, the issue with employment that I told you about earlier in the year still stands, so I intend to fix that problem by starting internships, since it would be under Education's jurisdiction, though of course pending Ministerial approval," Dunstan begins, handing over some files he'd brought over to Julius so he can see all his plans in detail. "I envision an active department that is constantly out and about, making a stronger presence known in Hogwarts, like with inspections to verify the curriculums are up to date and the professors are all qualified, and just making sure there's a safe, stable environment where students can thrive in overall. I also have plans to hopefully revisit the OWLs and NEWTs and the material in it, to make sure it's effective and certifies students are really learning at Hogwarts, so we can go for the certification that deems Hogwarts the best, for a lack of better wording, magical school within the big twelve schools. We want to make sure Hogwarts is at the top of its game, just as the students. We want our youth to grow into a better version of ourselves. They're our future, and I reckon we can't disregard that fact. If we want changes to happen, they're who we have to start with," he says. "I also wanted to start an early bird program at Lil Bundles, where at the very least, the children there would be taught how to reign in their emotions and control their powers, since we all know most children there have had rough childhoods and are prone to emotional outbursts that could endanger other lives, since magic is so reactive to these mood swings."
