Jenelle was sitting on the floor with Felix, waiting for Aydan to come home. Her son was currently crawling across the rug for a toy that he wanted. It was awesome seeing how well he had gotten at doing that, plus he was starting to pull himself up to stand. A bit tired from her day off with him (despite loving him lots and lots), she was hoping that her fiance would be arriving sometime soon to help out a bit.
"I'm home!" he called from the front door before appearing in the threshold of the nursery. He grinned and Jenelle and then his son. "Hey, little man!" He moved into the room, sitting down next to Jenelle, giving her a quick kiss. "Hey gorgeous."

Jenelle turned and kissed him back, before watching their son's face light up as he started letting out a string of sounds that resembled the letter 'B'. "Hey, how was work?" she asked as she leaned forward and grabbed Felix to move him a bit closer to them.
Jenelle nodded and smiled at him, "He's been doing pretty well today. He's had some trouble with the word 'no' today, but I don't really expect much...and I've been doing pretty well I suppose. I've been better."
"No...I'm just feeling like the depression is coming back again, but I'm dealing just fine for now," she said, looking down and smiling at Felix when she noticed he was staring at her. "Hey, Felix. What are you doing, buddy?" Jenelle asked, grinning and raising her eyebrows while he continued to play around with the 'B' sound and moved to pull himself up using her knees.
"He's said a few of those 'M' sounds, so I think it's likely he'll say Mummy before Daddy or anything...because I haven't heard anything like the 'D' sound. He could surprise us though, right?" she said, smiling.
Jenelle nodded, "It...It really is. It's weird to think that he'll be a year old in just three months," she said, smiling and giving her son a small, playful gasp which made him grin. "Then, a couple months after that, we'll be getting married."
"I'll...probably just invite my mum, then see if my mom would be fine being around her. I'm not going to...make it where my mum, who has been fair more involved despite her scum ways, sit out when she's obviously closer than my mom is." She paused. "I should probably just invite them both then let them know that the other will be there, though."
"I figured, but I meant...more specifically," she said, not at all being rude. She looked up at him with more curiosity than annoyance, before she thought of something. "Malia kind of invited me to her wedding, but I didn't really get an invitation so..."
"No, Aydan. I'm just...trying to be realistic. If you haven't talked to him in a long time, then it would be weird, right? I'm fine with you inviting him if you'd like," she said, before looking back down at Felix and pulling him onto her lap.
Jenelle nodded and just listened to Felix babble a bit for a while. "Umm, I found out where my younger sister is? I've been contacting her a bit again and I'm not sure anything will come over it this time, but I figured I should let you know."
"Yeah, I have...two older brothers and a younger sister," she said, looking at him with slightly raised eyebrows. "I haven't seen my brothers since a while before I was adopted...and I've only seen my sister at Hogwarts once. It's not like they're that...there, I guess."
"I'm sorry...It's just that mess is an...actual mess. It's hard to talk about," she paused and furrowed her eyebrows slightly. However, it wasn't at all out of anger. "I don't really like talking about my brothers who I watched get adopted while I stayed behind...and I haven't seem them once since. It never crossed my mind and I'm sorry that I've been throwing so many things at you lately, but I've been trying to get sh*t in order and I've been really sucking at it."
"And...I wish I could tell you everything, but I can't put all that into words. It's just my sister though, I promise. Oliviah is...currently finishing up at Hogwarts and I want to be there for her. I, uh, don't feel like getting in contact with the rest of them. I don't think it's worth it...and I want to reassure you that I'm not trying to keep crap from you, I hope you know that."
"I was a few months old when I was put into the orphanage, alongside my half-brothers Benjamin and Joseph who were staying with us. They were adopted when I was about six or seven by their mother. I was adopted when I was nine by Katie and Beth obviously and I got moved to England."
"No, my father and mother had them...because their mother was absent, must've gone off someplace. I don't really know. My mother died giving birth to me. My father later decided he couldn't do it, so he put us up for adoption," she paused. "I don't know how their mother found out or what, because I was so young. I just remember that's who took them. Anyways, I don't completely understand what happened with her either, but our father took her in a few years ago."
