Ella was chilling in her sister's store, munching on some Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans. She was waiting for her sister to close up so they could hang out. There were only a few customers strolling around, none that were particularly of interest to the young girl. Her focus remained on the candy in her hand.

The family was finally visiting Hogmseade after she'd begged and begged for it. She'd come straight here, knowing that she could probably find some interesting candy for Julija to experiment with in her baking. She moved up and down the aisles, looking at all the options.
Ella watched as a girl who looked to be around her age came through the door, the little bell ringing to signal another customer. Ella had one of her gut feelings that she should talk to her. She didn't know why, but she just had that prompting. And Ella always followed them. Hopping down from her stool, she approached the aisle where Natalija stood. "Wanna jellybean?" She asked, offering a handful to the other girl.

She smiled to the other girl and placed a cautious hand over the beans. "I know these beans. Did you pick out the vomit-flavored ones already?" she asked, before withdrawing her hand to examine the ones that the girl had pulled out.
Ella offered the other girl a knowing smile. "You're clever. I like that." She nodded in approval. "But no, I just eat them randomly. That way it's always a surprise." Ella explained, grabbing another small handful and tossing them in her mouth.

Her eyes went wide. That was too many flavors, and way too many questionable flavors to toss all at once. These beans were to be eaten one at a time. She picked a pink one, figuring that was safe and nodded, satisfied, that when it was bubble gum. "I'm Natalija," she said politely. "Do you come here often?"
Ella chewed her beans, all the different flavours hitting her at once. To her, the good flavours blocked out the bad ones. It's weird but it worked. Swallowing the candy, she gave a nod. "Yeah, I hang around here quite a lot." She explained, omitting the part about Margaret owning the place. "Name's Ella." She introduced.

"So you must know all the good candy here, then?" she asked, before forgetting her manners. "It's nice to meet you," she said with a smile. "Do you go to Hogwarts?"
"That, I do." Ella nodded about the candy, wearing her signature goofy grin. "And, no. Not yet anyway. I'll start this year." She explained, shrugging a shoulder. "What about you?"

Ella's grin was pretty infectious, and Natalija grinned back. "I'm starting this year too!"
"Nice! I'll see you there then! Do you have any siblings that go there, or are you the first?" Ella asked, wondering if she had older siblings there like she did.

"I have two older sisters, and a twin brother," she said. "My older siblings are transferring though, so we're all starting off new this year."
Ella nodded in understanding. "Ah, I see. My family did the same thing a couple years ago." She explained, sporting her friendly smile. "Where is your family from?"

"Uhm, kind of all over?" she said with a little bit of a laugh. "But technically Croatia."
"Croatia? Nice." Ella grinned. She's never met anyone from Croatia. It's pretty cool actually. "I'm from America." She explained, popping another two or three jelly beans into her mouth. "But I'm starting to get used to this whole British thing." Ella admitted with a chuckle.

Business had been quite slow today, reason being for Margaret to be swiping on her phone some until Merlin walks in. "Welcome to Honeydukes," she cheerfully says to the man.

"Not very long, but enough to say quite a while." The vagueness of her answer was due to not being able to think how exactly long it was. Four or five years?
Felicity entered the shop in search for some candy mostly for herself but also for Xavi. She wasn't expecting to run into anyone that day, or really anything to happen. She just browsed mindlessly, hoping to find Xavi's favorite candy.
He was with one of his nephews before he entered the store. He told him that they'd meet back here in twenty or so minutes and it had been...twenty five. Glancing around the room, he couldn't see his nephew but he did see...Felicity. Not being a child, he wasn't going to walk out and be rude. Instead, seeing as he was already close to her and potentially already been seen, he spoke up. "Felicity, didn't expect to see you here?"
She glanced over and noticed Logan, tensing a little but trying to act mature about the situation. She brushed her hair behind her ear, “Ah, Logan. Such a surprise, what brings you here?” She asked curiously.
"I was with one of my nephews," he said, jabbing his thumb over his shoulder, to gesture behind him, "or meant to be...I don't know where they are. You?"
"Ah, you're always seeming to lose your nephews," She said with a small chuckle. "I just came to get some candy, I've been craving it lately and thought this would be a good time to drop on by."
“You do have a point there, people I think just like to say that to justify their sweet-tooth,” she said with a small chuckle. “What about you? I’m sure you didn’t just wander in here,”
EQ was strolling through the isles. It had been a while since they'd had a Candy Mayhem Night, and he was totally craving a couple of chocolate frogs. Now if he could just remember where they were...
She was dressed in her school robes, proudly displaying her Slytherin badge, as she looked over the shelves, lips pursued in search for candy. Ryleigh pushed a strand of hair out of her face, rounding the corner, and slamming into EQ accidentally, regaining her balance easily. “Sorry about that.” She apologized, a faint smile across her lips.

EQ was caught off guard by the girl he ran into, but he made sure she was okay before flashing her a sheepish grin. "Oh no, it was my bad. I wasn't paying attention - too caught up in thinking about chocolate frogs." He admitted with a shy laugh before noticing her uniform. He lit up as he realized she was from Hogwarts. "Hey! I'm headed to Hogwarts next year!" EQ declared, excitement evident on his features.
Ryleigh smiled faintly. "It's totally okay, my fa...father used to be the same way." She mentioned, expression dropping before cheering up. "Yeah, Hogwarts is an amazing castle, and amazing place to learn. All the professors are so dedicated to their lessons, especially with the Head of Hufflepuff/Potions upper-years class."

EQ noticed her deflated expression and was glad for the change of subject. He hated to see someone look so sad. "Yeah, my mom went there. She always raves about it. Personally, I'm glad she wants us to go there, considering the alternative is Durmstrang." EQ replied with a relieved chuckle. He glanced back at her uniform and took note of her house. "So you're in Slytherin? My cousin keeps telling me that's where I'll end up. How is it?" EQ asked, eyes filled with curiosity.
She smiled. "Slytherin's pretty awesome. Even though we lost for Quidditch this year... but anyways, the common room's under the Lake, we basically claim the dungeons as our territory... Nothing like it. I love being a slytherin."

EQ smiled as she told him all the great things about her house. Maybe it'll be good if I go into Slytherin. He decided. "That's pretty cool. And I could totally help with the Quidditch situation." EQ assured with a grin. "I'm looking to try out for the team next year."
