gryffindor alum — head of slytherin, charms professor
[ AGE ] thirty-seven.    [ SPECIES ] witch.
[ CAREER ] professor.    [ RELATIONSHIP ] married.

“I’ve decided Gryffindor students are all as obnoxious as Ravenclaws,” is the heavy declaration coming from Malia as she emerges from the Headmistress’ Tower’s staircase. She doesn’t immediately clock Etta, so she starts towards her desk, deciding she’s equally entitled to sit on the leather seat. She’s not and she knows it, but with marriage comes certain privileges that she’d be dumb to pass on. When she settles in her wife’s seat, she casts another sweeping look around the office. “Please tell me I’m actually speaking to someone instead of embarrassing myself in front of the portraits!” Out the corner of her eye, she catches sight of one of the previous headmasters shifting, and though all it takes is a scathing glare to nip the snark in the bud, her cheeks burn with embarrassment all the same.

[ AGE ] 35.    [ SPECIES ] Witch.
[ CAREER ] Headmistress.    [ RELATIONSHIP ] Married.

‘I’d say they’re more obnoxious, you’ve just been biased,’ Etta mumbled from behind one of the many stacks of books in her offices. One day she’d sort through them all, especially when she needed to find one of them without causing the rest to topple over. Etta knew it was Malia, the portraits were very good at telling her who was coming through her doors. She was rarely caught surprised. When Etta finally appeared (without her book), she pursed her lips as she saw Malia in her seat. Etta, though, would not change it for the world, even if the other portraits were too look down on her. ‘Are you sure me being here negates that?’ She asked as she walked around to kiss her wife on the forehead. ‘Have you seen that letter the minister sent me? I put it around here somewhere.’
