Welcome to the Head Boy and Girl's dormitory! The Head Boy and Girl have their own common room in which to study, and separate bedroom and bathrooms. Only those invited by the Head Boy or Girl can enter.
All students will turn their lights out and go to sleep at midnight, as they may be patrolling the corridors until then. Any student caught out of bed who does not have a convincing reason will be landed in detention, though Heads usually have a good reason.
Also, any student not invited cannot enter, however students from any House may enter with permission. This is useful if the Heads need to help other students with homework.
Wren knew it'd be a matter of time before he got to see the Head Dormitories - a cheeky perk of being the significant other of one of them, he guessed - and, unsurprisingly, it was far grander than anything the regular students would have. He looked around, blinking slightly before turning and facing Jace, smiling slightly, "So. Where's the mini greenhouse you've installed in here, huh? I'm gonna be shocked if you haven't got one."
"That's in my room," he retorted, shoving him lightly on the shoulder. "Come on, I'll show you, it's very pretty." With that, he bounded into his room which was relatively large. However, flowers and plants decorated the walls and ceiling, making it seem like he was living inside a forest. It wasn't crowding him though and Jace quite liked it.
His smile grew as he was shoved and he shook his head in playful disbelief, "Of course it is." Following after, enamoured at how passionate Jace was about plants, Wren too couldn't deny how impressive Jace's room was. Fighting back a sneeze, he smiled, "Greenhouse? More like a forest." He looked around before aiming the smile at Jace, "I like it, fits your vibe."
"Hey, it's green and this can be considered a house, so..." he trailed off with a shrug, "hey, little cabin in the woods wouldn't be so bad. Peaceful. And thank you, I like to think I have a vibe going on."
"It's better than the dorms anyways," he said with a shrug. "Still, it's totally you and all that." He looked around once more before smiling back at Jace, "How's Head Boy life? Is the Head Girl what you'd think she'd be?"
"No, I don't know why they started fighting, got there half way through," he said, rolling his eyes at him. "I know right? Got to keep your eye out. People might...want to check out the goods," he said, dragging his shirt up with a teasing grin.
"Did you fight them too? Or did you play the responsible Head Boy role?" He joked. At the sight of Jace's abdomen, though a welcomed sight in Wren's book, he pushed him playfully and crossed his arms, "The goods? God I dare you to get any cringier."
"Try it again and see how much I cringe then," he retorted before sighing, "Ugh lame!" He was joking, obviously, but it didn't stop him from crossing his arms and putting more weight on his left side, "Do good cop bad cop with them."
"Be both, come across as a little unhinged. It would've been fun," he said with a laugh before staggering slightly, smirking at Jace, "I could try to cringe if you wanted me to - I make no promises for what I'd do or say if you did." He winked slightly, exaggerating it as much as he could.
"So...if I did this," he said, pulling off his shirt, tossing it on his bed, "you'd think it'd be disgusting." He was joking around with Wren now, not realising how sexual this might turn out. What could he say? He was clueless puppy.
"Maybe if I was straight," He replied smugly, not exactly hiding the way his eyes trailed up and down Jace's body; he offered and Wren wasn't going to deny it. "But enlighten me on how you think I'd react now."
"That was clearly your thought process when you initiated a very suggestive course of actions," Wren laughed, nodding at Jace's abs, "And I doubt your new dormmate would want to hear anything, uh, scandalous."
He paused, looking over to Wren, silent for a moment. "You know, this wasn't the setting or mood I thought to lose my virginity," he then said with a small smile. "Though we could try screaming bloody murder to see if anyone comes running."
Wren's eyes went wide slightly, tilting his head, "Yo... You're virginity?" He shook his head, "I didn't mean we'd actually have to try and find out!" His cheeks went red, mostly because he felt like he had been misconceived in the worst way possible. "Screaming works too," he replied, voice a little quieter now, mostly out of embarrassment.
His face dropped when he realised...sex might not have been what Wren was getting at. "Uh...I mean...yeah...that could work too," he said, kicking himself mentally. "Guess we can find that out at a later time, I don't know. So...I've seen you around with Bella a lot."
She'd gotten her stuff settled in her room and had brought a Occlumency book out to read back through in the small common room she shared with the Head Boy. She thought it was a bit odd the Head Boy and Girl shared a dorm...but she had her own room and had out a couple protective enchantments on it mostly because she didn't know him at all. She understood why it was set up this way...they were expected to able to help younger students and needed a place people could find them or work on Homework together...and they were about equidistant from all the House Common rooms so they could get to any of them relatively quickly if needed...but it also seemed weird to her to share with a boy. At least she had her own bathroom...
He quite literally barged into the room but it made sense why he'd have to. He had a pile of boxes in his arms and outside, there was a few more floating in the air, following behind him. He was a little bit miffed he had to leave the Slytherin dorms. He liked it there, honestly. He had Bella and Wren there and it was good. Oh well, he figured he'd have a better room here, honestly. A lot more private too. It didn't take long for him to see Rose and he eyed her for a moment. "You any good at occulumency?" He asked, jerking his chin to the book as he put the boxes on the ground.
She'd look up sharply when the Head Boy slammed into the room carrying all this...stuff. She'd take a couple moments to react trying to decide between commenting how he really didn't need that much and getting up to help with the boxes when he asked his question which again threw her. How did he know? She'd nod sort of dumbly. "Ummm...yes?"
"I never really thought to go into it," he confessed, scratching the back of his neck, "I think it might have been useful recently." When he said it, he realised how vague that must sound. She wasn't too know about the recent Serpent event. "You don't need to help, don't worry about it. It's just books and..." he wasn't going to say he'd brought some pot plants along to keep his room nice "...stuff. Uh...Rose, right?"
She'd chuckle and nod following him in and setting down the boxes in his room. "Yeah. While I won't be missing getting woken up at one in the morning by a quidditch party it definitely feels too quiet around here. I could get some music going if you think that would help?"
"Hey, parties are fun," he said with a grin, "especially if you're involved in it. Though Hogwarts doesn't come close to the parties my friends and I have back in London. And eh? Sure, sure, if you want."
She'd smile and nod moving back out to their common room and get a small boom box that clearly ran on batteries out of her room and get it going. An upbeat pop type music would come on and though the sound was a little scratchy due to the magical interference overall the musical quality was actually really good. The volume was at a reasonable level to almost be background music but also clearly could have been louder than expected from the small boom box. She'd offer him a smile. "Need help unpacking or anything?"
