She pointed to the knife. "The skin of a tomato is rough. So poke through it first with the tip, so you have a way to slice down. Just slicing down right away won't do anything." She demonstrated as she spoke.

"Now, it's just layering," she said. She put down a layer of the meat, and sprinkled some of the tomatoes in with it. She added another layer of noddles, and cheese and tomatoes and spinach went there. Another layer of noodles, and meat and tomatoes, and she topped it off with noodles and cheese on top.
