The grounds extend for almost 25 acres. Near the estate, there are tall hedges, and beautifully cut grass. Farther out, you will come across a large beautiful pond. It contains many different fish, and is an excellent place to swim. Just to the left of the pond, there is a large Quidditch pitch, built by Amos Frost for Estella, her sister Kelia, and their brother, Calixtus.

With everyone else talking amongst themselves or playing, Sawyer had started to grow bored and jittery. Thus, he began to wander, until he ultimately ended up here. It was perfect to play football. Thank God he'd brought his ball, else he'd probably have died of boredom. He was trying to avoid the fountain and gardens as he dribbled the ball around.

He whirls around, surprised that Emilee had followed him out here. "Oh, yeah, I'm sorry," he nods. "I was just getting jittery and didn't want to rick breaking anything. This place looks... old. And expensive."
She smiled. "You don't have to worry about that..All of the kids are running around in there, something will probably get broken..But, luckily, everything is pretty easy to fix with magic." She smiled again, moving over to him to put a hand on his shoulder. "I don't want you to worry about focusing so hard on being good. Just be yourself..Everyone here is family. Let them see the real you."

He looks up at her, quirking an eyebrow. He looks thoroughly unimpressed as he asks, "You want me to be Denton Lenton?" Sawyer pauses, and feels himself smile. "I think I'd rather be Sawyer Lenton," he chuckles. "But... are you... sure they'll like me? I mean - I'm a stranger..."
She smiled. "No..You don't have to be Denton..but you should act like yourself. I know they'll love you. THey're all nice. It may seem scary talking to the Minister for Magic, bt Julius is a giant teddy bear and the best uncle. You'll like them all, I promise."

"The... Minister?" his brow furrows, confusion on his face by what she means, but then it clears up and he looks even more panicked, though her continuing words put him more at ease. He nods his head. "Okay. But - I mean, I kind of wanna play football," he says, frowning, and glances over at his ball. "Do you think my - um, the other boys would want to play?"
She nodded. "The man yo met in there, my brother, Julius. He just got elected to be the Minister for Magic." She smiled. "I'm sure Philip and Wesley would love to play with you..They're both pretty active kids and I think they'd love someone new to play with."

He nods, looking far more calmer now. He removes his snapback briefly, running a hand through his hair, and putting it back on shortly after. "Okay," he smiles. "Also, how did you and mum become friends? You're, like, very rich. Very. Lots of big, shiny, expensive stuff. Fragile stuff. Easily broken stuff," he says, sounding in awe, still, even as he continues to move, passing the ball from foot to foot despite the short distance.
She laughed, shaking her head. "I met your mom when we played for the Harpies together. THis house, however, has been in my family since my great-great grandpa built it." She paused looking at the grounds. "There's no need to worry about the breakable things..I broke so many when I was your age, and you can't even tell now."
Emilee had agreed to watch Philip for the day. Both Julius and Renee had to work, so she had no problem bringing Wes over to spend the day with her nephew. Finally starting to warm up a little, Emilee brought the two boys outside to enjoy the sun while it lasted.
She laughed. "Good luck, buddy." She smiled. "Maybe your mommy and daddy will let me take you to a quidditch came sometime soon. I can get us to watch my old team and then you can watch to see how the seekers catch the snitch."
"You see how it's over here right now." She pointed to where it was to the right of them. "You have to be ready for it when it moves over here." She pointed to the open space to the left of them. "Focus on where the snitch is now and where you think it's going to go, and catch it while it's moving to that new place. You just have to keep trying until you get the hang of it."
"Because that's when you can go to Hogwarts..That's where they teach you how to really control your magic. If we just gave wands to every kid that can use magic, it could be pretty dangerous if they didn't know what they were doing."
