1) Give a short history of your character. How did they grow up? Is there an incident that made them the way they are? etc.
Viktor comes from an American Pure-Blood family, and moved to London at the age of ten to go to Hogwarts School. His parents were also working as Death Eaters for the Dark Lord in the First Wizarding War. At the age of Sixteen, his parents were sent to Azkaban after a big duel at the Burbadge Household. Viktor was alone living at his Aunt's house, who was terribly mean toward him, and not to mention his Uncle as well was mean. They treated him with absolutely no respect and beat him. He tried to visit them as frequently as possible, but eventually, it became that they had become to dillusional and crazy to speak to them.
Viktor, having a terrible background, had become an assasin for whomever would hire him.
