Margot is altruistic, valorous, and reasonable.
She tends to keep to herself however has no trouble approaching people and talking to them. People may assume she is shy, but she merely thinks that a conversation is unnecessary if there is not point. While she seems quiet, she has quite a sarcastic mouth and tends to say whatever is on her mind, not caring what anyone will think of her.
She is extremely witty and is an overall intelligent person. While she doesn't mind meeting new people, she doesn't like getting too close with anyone because she is afraid of getting attached and ending up hurting them. She tends to think quite rationally and doesn't believe in "following her heart" and all of that crap.
She won't allow herself to hurt anyone ever again and will do anything to save the life of an innocent. Margot will risk her life to save another's without hesitation, regardless of whether she knows the person or not. While she may come off as cold and closed off from the world, she really as everyone else's best interest in mind and does everything in her power to protect the people around her.
7) Write about the history of your character. History must be at least two paragraphs long. How did they grow up? Is there an incident that made them the way they are? etc. (Again, you can copy this onto your character page later!) Margot Bones was born on February 28 to Jackie and Noah Bones in London, England. Noah and Jackie were both Hogwarts graduates themselves, Jackie a former Gryffindor and Noah a Ravenclaw. Jackie had grown up in Bulgaria for most of her life until she moved to London after graduating to be with Noah whereas he had always lived in London. Noah and Jackie were high school sweethearts and knew each other better than they knew themselves. They were head over heels and didn't hesitate to get married almost immediately after graduating from Hogwarts. Noah decided to work in the Department of Magical Education at the Ministry of Magic whereas Jackie went to work as a healer at St. Mungo's. They moved in together in a small, cozy house on the outskirts of London. It wasn't long before Jackie became pregnant and gave birth to Margot. Life was good for the small family and it seemed as if nothing bad could possibly happen. This didn't last long, however.
Margot was 7 years old when the small family decided to go on a camping trip in a more rural part of England. They set up a fairly large tent on the outskirts of a forest and Margot was instructed to stay by their side at all times so she wouldn't get lost and nothing bad would happen to her. Of course, being the curious young girl she was and still is, she didn't listen. Margot was playing just outside of the tent with a ball while her parents prepared dinner when she accidentally kicked the ball in the wrong direction. Margot decided to go after her ball figuring it couldn't be too far away and she'd be back before her parents even noticed. She ventured off into the trees, but couldn't find the toy anywhere. Just as Margot was about to give up and turn back, she heard a rustling in the bushes. Deciding it could have been her ball, she walked towards the fairly large bush only for a monstrous creature to pounce on top of her, sinking its teeth into her skin. Margot screamed for her parents. Her father ran to her aid just in time to save her before the werewolf ended up killing her, but it was too late.
Margot had already been bitten by the werewolf and it wouldn't be long before she started showing signs of lycanthropy herself. With her mother being a healer, it wasn't hard for Jackie to brew up a Wolfsbane potion for Margot to take. While the first few transformations were difficult, Margot grew accustomed to her situation and managed to move past her state. Life went on somewhat normally for the Bones family, however horror struck again when Margot was 9. A full moon was approaching and, per usual, Jackie brewed up a Wolfsbane potion for her daughter to take. However, Jackie accidentally forgot an ingredient of the mixture. Everything seemed perfectly fine until Margot began to transform.
In short, Margot lost all sense of humanity. She acted like some sort of savage beast. All rational thoughts left her as she made a run for the woods in her werewolf form. Noah was quick to follow her, well aware that he was potentially risking his life by chasing after her. However if he didn't, she could end up hurting other innocent people. At this point, Margot wasn't herself anymore. She was a werewolf: nothing more, nothing less. Noah did his best to stun Margot or at least stop her until the sun came back up. Margot was quick to round on him however and disarm him. The now defenseless man succumbed to the werewolf as the creature took his life. Jackie had followed her husband, but by the time she reached him it was too late. She was able to catch the werewolf off guard and stun it, but it was no use. Noah was gone, and so was Margot.
Although Jackie was devastated, she knew what she had to do and took action. She wouldn't allow her daughter to be taken away from her and locked up because of something she couldn't control. Besides, if she hadn't screwed up the potion, this never would have happened. Jackie took the blame for her husband's murder in order to save Margot and got a life sentence to Azkaban, much to Margot's protests. Margot wanted to die herself with the immense feeling of guilt, sorrow, and anger she felt. Words can't even describe how awful she still feels about herself. Margot had killed her own father and lost her mother along the way. She was sent to live with her mother's brother, Stefan, in Sofia, Bulgaria. Margot continued to despise herself for the longest time after the tragedy. To this day, Stefan, Margot, and Jackie are the only ones who know what really happened that dreadful night.
Margot would do absolutely anything to go back to that night and change what happened. For the longest time Margot wanted nothing but death as she felt that was what she deserved. Since then, Margot has been able to come to terms with herself and live her life, but the feeling of immense guilt has never left her. After going to Hogwarts, she was provided with a supply of perfectly brewed Wolfsbane potion in order to control her shifting and has never gone out of control again but still isolates herself from everyone in case she does by accident. Margot fears that she will end up hurting someone she loves again and refuses to let anyone get too close to her in fear of what she might do to them.

Margot is Pure-Blood witch and has no notable magical relations.
