Well as current captain, I was already told I could keep my position and I do enjoy quidditch. I have been more decidated than Marcus and have been here since the beginning. Noah has been in attendance to every game except the first and created a great quidditch team winning every match except the first which was cancelled due to not having a captain. Noah became captain because no one else would. He saved the Gryffindor Quidditch team.
Candidate # 2: Marcus Shacklebolt, Challenger[]

I Marcus Shacklebolt am running for Captain because my record already speaks for itself. I only just became the seeker and I have already succeeded in outflying Karith Black, the previously thought undefeatable seeker for Slytherin. I won Gryffindor both the Quidditch and House Cups in only my first match of playing for Gryffindor. I am certain that as Captain I will lead this great team to even more great victories. I intend to have Gryffindor go undefeated next year, I promise that with me as captain Gryffindor will bring home trophies for many years to come.
