Charlie is a sweet girl, but is very cunning, she manipulates those around her to achieve what needs to be done at the time, due to her upbringing she taught herself how to be sneaky and she gets away with things most of the time, her friends and family are important to her, and if you betray one of them she seeks vengeance

From a young age, charlie was different, unlike all the other girls in primary class she did not have two parents, being raised by a single father took its tole on charlie over the years as her father began to start calling her Charles instead of Charlie, she forgave him and dealt with it though as she knew it was from the grief of loosing her mother, a part of her always though that her father blamed her for the death of her mother as you see, her mum died during childbirth of her twin brother and her, Sibling wise, Charlie had one older brother and a twin brother, the siblings were close and looked out for one another.
During her Childhood years, she developed quite quickly compared to that of her brother felix, she was quite the over achiever and excelled at things that took him longer to accomplish, not that this changed much during school, but as Felix grew warmer towards the world, Charlie grew angrier and more Clingy to people, Small betrayals to her felt like the end of the world, for example when Susan Winters kissed Thomas Grey in 5th grade, it shattered Charlie, and lets just say they where never friends again.

Charlie has Long Blonde hair and Blue eyes, she is slim and has a light skin tone, Her model is Heather Morris

- A) I have a lot of other responsibilities, and although I really want to be a part of this wiki, there may be days on end I won't be able to participate in anything.
