A. Please answer the following questions as elaborately as possible. (Remember, this part is only a requirement for your third to fifteenth character! However, if you want to have more input on where you character is sorted, then please answer #6!)
1) What would you consider to be your character's strengths, and your character's weaknesses? Elaborate on your answer.
- Strengths: Outspoken, opinionated, confidant, enthusiastic, affectionate
- Weaknesses: Stubborn/unyielding, secretly less self-assured than he acts
- Aaron acts confident, and he is. It's not that that's a mask, and he's actually unsure beneath it. It's more like he's both self-assured and fearful, and he only shows one side to the world. He hides his fears from everyone, even—especially—his sisters, because he wants to be strong for them. And because admitting it them would be too close to admitting it to himself, and he dare not to that.
- On the flip side, Aaron is reaches out for life with both hands. He's enthusiastic about just about everything—love it or hate it, there's little he's apathetic towards.
2) What goals and objectives has your character set out in their life? Is it to be successful and rich? Is it to find happiness? Why?
- He wants to make Hogsmeade into a great wizarding city. Possibly also become Minister for Magic. Or maybe an architect, and take part in the expansion of Hogsmeade. (He has a lot of ideas for the future.) And to he happy, that too, of course. And to see Mady be happy.
3) What's their ideal way of spending a free day? Why so?
- I'm not sure yet. I'll fill this out when I know.
4) If your character could only keep 5 possessions, what would they be? Why?
- His wand. Because.
- Traveling cloak. Because he hates being cold, and—more importantly—he feels vulnerable without it.
- Robes. Because it would be so pathetic to be left naked because he was sentimental and held on to something more frivolous.
- Underwear. See above.
- His bed. Hey, he's a teenager, and would really hate to loose it.
5) What one thing would your character change about the wizarding society? Why?
- One thing only? That's easy: He would made Hogsmeade a great city, the capital of the wizarding UK. He believes that one step would put them on the right path, and many of their problems would be solved automatically.
6) What house does your character want to be in? What house does your character not want to be in? Why?
- Either Slytherin or Hufflepuff, so he's with one of his sisters.

- A. Putting together a qualified team and completing the task efficiently.

1) Give a description of your character's personality. Are you noble or sneaky? Arrogant or Humble? Anything about your character that might help the Sorting Hat decide. (Don't worry, you can copy this onto your character page later!) (Remember, personality must be at least one paragraph long for the first two characters, two paragraphs long for the third to eighth characters, and three paragraphs long for the ninth to fifteenth!)
- Aaron is a nouveau-blood purist, a modern traditionalist.
- He says there's no use dwelling on blood status, it's too late for that now—and more importantly, traditional blood elitism abandons the vast majority of the wizarding community as "born a lost cause".
- No, Aaron believes not in preserving purity but in purification.
- The first step is for people to stop marrying muggles. But marrying muggles really is a symptom of the problem as much as it is a problem itself. The real root problem is the way that wizards spread out. The thing they really need to do, more than anything else, is to make Hogsmeade their capital city. From there, almost everything else will fall into line naturally. People marry muggles if they live near them. If people are living in a city their fellow wizards, then of course they'll marry them instead.
- The Great City of Hogsmeade—he can see it in his mind. It will take everyone, but he's sure they can do it. Architects, to design the place in a classic wizarding style. Entrepreneurs, to open shops and businesses. Fashion designers, to makes robes that outshine any muggle apparel.
- The problems—marrying muggles, wearing jeans, obsession with muggle electronics—all stem from wizards spreading out. They just need to come home to Hogwarts, and build a great city around the beloved castle.
- The Ministry should move up to Hogsmeade at some point. At some point when he's older, Aaron will get a job there—he might even run for Minister—and he'll institute the Changeling Department.
- It's not right to leave muggle-born children with their birth families, to be misunderstood and bullied—denied even the knowledge they're magic—until they're eleven. No, they're witches and wizards, part of the community, their people—and it's up to them to bring them home.
- Inversely, it's not fair on squibs either, to grow up in a world they will never truly belong to. It's kinder on both parties if they get swapped as babies, and grow up with a family of their own kind. (There are more muggle-born than squibs, but with the huge queer population in the wizarding world, getting families to adopt them shouldn't be too hard.) And so, by putting each back where they belong, in the long course of time they will slowly sift the wizarding genes out of the muggle population, and the muggles genes out of the wizarding one.
2) Write about the history of your character. How did they grow up? Is there an incident that made them the way they are? etc. (Again, you can copy this onto your character page later!) (Remember, history must at least be two paragraphs long for the first two characters, three paragraphs long for the third to eighth character, and four paragraphs long for the ninth to fifteenth character!)
- Aaron's parents meet when they were both assassins: Back when Ivory Henderson was known as the White Blade, and when Kristopher Blake was still morning Bronwen Rhodes, the woman he'd loved lost. The woman who would one day be Aaron's mother gave Kris an ended up giving Kristopher an ultimatum: Take me, or leave me. So, he took her, and the couple wed.
- When Ivory was pregnant, Kris took his turn delivering an ultimatum. He asked Ivory to hang up the business—one that he'd continue himself—in favor of being a mother. She did. Their first child was born, Bronwen—yes, he named his firstborn daughter after her—followed to years later by Aaron, and two years after him, Madeline.
- Aaron doesn't know what his father does—they kept the kids in the dark about that. But Kris is away a lot, Aaron's smart enough to know that most people do know what their father do for a living. He doesn't know, per say, but he knows there's something being hidden there.
3) Write about your character's appearance. What do they look like? Are you planning on using a certain model for your character? If you already have a picture in mind, you can put it here!
4) Is your character a Pure-Blood, Half-Blood or Muggle-Born? Do you have any notable magical relations? (Remember, you cannot be related to important Harry Potter characters!)

5) Does your character have any special magical abilities? Or special abilities in general (photographic memory, etc.)? Is he or she of a different magical race, such as Veela, Vampire, Werewolf or the like? Part or half of that magical race counts! (Remember, you cannot have a character with special abilities/of a different magical race as one of your first two characters!)

- I'm suuuper duper stuck on this. I think either Slytherin or Hufflepuff would've worked well, but I imagine the Sorting Hat suggesting putting him into Slytherin due to his views and if he wouldn't object, then...

Yeah, that's perfect actually because he started Hogwarts before Mady, and at the time of his sorting he'd want to be in Slytherin with Bron. Nice obliging hat. -R.A.B. 22:35, July 19, 2017 (UTC)
