Well, you've made it to the start of the Dungeons without being crawled over by anything. Or bitten. Congratulations! Let's see how long your luck holds, shall we? Anyone for small wager, you know, just to spice things up? First one to run screaming will be…?
She'd thought she was headed in the right way. She thought she'd finally gotten the hang of things. But then she walked into the classroom, and it turned out to be fourth year Potions, not first year Defense. She didn't let it deter her, though, and was soon back to skipping right towards where she thought the exit to the Dungeons was - right where she came in. Truth be told, this place creeped her out more than just a little. Why was it so dark? So humid? It was weird.
Is she surprised the girl was straight forward enough to introduce herself right off the bat? Yes, she is. But it's a pleasant surprise. Everyone else here seems so quiet and reserved. "I'm Willow!" she chirps, beaming as she shakes her hand. "A Ravenclaw, first year."
"When I'm not lost and actually show up, you mean?" she asks humorously, lifting an eyebrow. Noticing the accent, she looks suddenly interested. "Where are you from?"
She has to admit, she's thoroughly surprised by the answer. She hadn't expected many - if any - other Americans in this school. "Idaho, but I lived for some part down in Florida," she answers. "What brings you so far from home?" she asks, curious.
"I only found out about my magic some weeks before Christmas, and I was over here in Europe, so my acceptance was straight from Hogwarts," she says. She still feels confusion about why Anna is here, and not in America, but tries not to dwell on it too much. It's not her business.
"Yeah. My mom got a job offer some months ago. Before that, though, I promise I lived in America," she grins. "I don't even have the British accent yet."
"I like the United States more. It's so cold here! Don't get me wrong, I love it and I'm grateful to be here, but like, I don't like how weird the climate it! One day it's freezing, like today, and then others are warm or humid. It's weird and I just feel like the States is so much steadier," she rambled, talking quickly, to a degree her words seemed to jumble up together. "What about you?"
"Yeah," she nods. "I'm happy to have found another American, you know. This school is, like, too European for my American liking," she admits, laughing a little.
"Exactly!" she exclaims, still giggling. It ceases soon enough, and then she looks more amused than anything. Her name's Anna... "So, where's the Elsa to your Anna?" she inquires, trying (and failing) to not burst into immediate laughter. It hadn't occurred to her that she might not know what the reference was to.
Her eyes widen with realization, and then she settles into a look of thorough embarrassment. She tries to get over it, though, pushing through with a smile and shrug. "Well, still. You spell it the same, right?" she grins. "Let's say you're American Anna and Elsa would be American Elsa. So it'd be, like, Eelsa or something. Hah, that'd be funny."
Is he disgusted? Yes. Is he afraid of the giant spider web above him? Yes. Does he think a ghoul will appear from nowhere and drag him down to hell? Absolutely. "What is up my Zhengers! Today I figured I'd film in a daring location, which I'm told is extremely haunted and may hold the body to the one and only, bloody mary." Sweat peppers his forhead, faintly reflected from his phone camera lens. Yes, he is filming another video for his upcoming youtube channel, already with a fandom name in hand. While he is scared shitless, he's pretty much proven his channel is a dare devil channel, and nothing is scarier than a dark dungeon in a magic castle school thing.
She couldn't do homework in the common room. This one seventh year just kept trying to help and she was driving Nyx crazy, which made Nyx leave the common room, in hopes to find somewhere other than the library to work in peace. She thought she found a place until she heard someone talking to themselves. NYC just sighed and hoped the person would keep on walking.

He hears a sound and quits speaking immediately. What was that? His heart is racing, thinking he must have found something. "I think...something is here w-with me." His voice is small, both trying to peer at the blackness and squint his eyes close.
He drops the camera and himself, , backing himself against the nearest wall. "I'm sorry for disturbing your rest!" he cries, terrified. The voice sounds young, perhaps she is the infamous Myrtle. "Don't hurt me please!"
"What do you mean?!" He exclaims, knees shaking involuntarily. Sawyer blinks, realizing the shape seems solidish. He crawls a little closer, only to realize the girl might just be a real person. Or well, a real living person. He hops up, dusting off his pants. "You said you were a ghost, what did you want me to do?" He demands almost furiously, tears of relief welling in his eyes.
