Reasons why you think you would be a good addition as an admin: I think that I would be a perfect addition to the staff team here on DARP for a variety of reasons. One, I'm extremely understanding when it comes to discussions and seeing two sides to everything. I know how to separate a job from friendship when need be and I have been actively trying to add new locations to roleplay at, including canon and non-canon. I've crafted The Spider's Web, Bittersweet Emporium, Old Forest/Swimming Hole, Old Forest/Abandoned Well, Vestibule of Mischief, Prowling Passage, Quidditch Cave, Room of Runes, Carkitt Market (a wip but includes seventeen shops), as well as head a coven in London for Vampires (headquarters: Thornhill Estate) and have more new locations in mind. I also wrote up a guidelines for vampires and dhampirs that can be located under the character race policy. I've tried to been involved in any events that happens on DARP and try my best to be there for any users who need to talk. I'm not scared of confrontation and so I feel that if an issue needs to be dealt with, I will be able to do it effectively, professionally and privately. I've been a bcrat on Avatar Roleplay wiki for a while before leaving and I've been staffed as high as a rollback on Camp Half-Blood at one time, and even was a rollback here for a little while before stepping down due to inactivity. In conclusion, I feel that I could contribute a lot of good ideas to DARP and the staff team and want to thank you for your consideration.

Reason why you think you would be a good addition as an admin: Going to be very hard stepping into he shoes of who's spot in the admin team all of us are trying to fill but I think I can try. I may not have as many edits as some other people, may not seem mature enough to be in a position of power but trust me, I am just as good as anyone else on the admin team. Recently I went on a school camp, more like a cultural camp than just for school, and since then I've felt more grounded to life, to myself, realised who and what I'm meant to be and that person is one of confidence, one that will work as hard a step he can to achieve his goals, one that will put everything that has happened behind him. I've made a few mistakes, I've offended people sometimes but like one of my characters said in an Rp, nature doesn't do perfect, it does the best solution it can get, which I think is me. I haven't held many leadership roles in many places but on every thing I do have over some people is what I've been brought up with, forgive and forget, there is always three sides to a story and also help others before yourself, so helping people out is one thing I'm always trying to do, one thing I strive to do, listening to people and forgiving them as well. There is a few people that I don't have too good feelings towards but I will put everything behind me that has happened between us to help them. I may be ignorant in some situations but when it comes to equality, I will always try my hardest to make it happen, as I myself am fighting for equality, being an Aboriginal Australian. I may not of done as much as someone like Vic, or Jaye, or Carn or Kayle but I will be there for people no matter what, which is why I think I would be a good addition to the admin team.

- James can get extreme, which needs work yeah, but maybe he can help put a stop to the exclusivity that's been going around for years. We need new blood, not just keep recycling.
