This is an official policy of the Dumbledore's Army Role-Play Wiki and should be followed thoroughly.

1. Attendees - No Regular Members should be allowed to be in attendance at the meeting, unless they are directly involved with the topic being presented. It is expected that at least two Bureaucrats are in attendance at the meeting, at least one of them being the Head of the relevant department unless it is impossible to make it so.
2. Structure - Meetings are expected to have some sort of "agenda" presented at the beginning of the meeting to those in attendance. It will basically, outline the topics to be covered in the meeting.
3. Meetings in Chat may be recorded in their entirety for reference and archive purposes.
