Rory Walker- Ravenclaw Alumni -"Oh screw beautiful. I'm brilliant. If you want to appease me compliment my brain" – Owl 20:10, October 2, 2018 (UTC)
To say she was nervous would be an understatement. Despite being out of Hogwarts for over a year now this was the first proper job, not including countless shop assistant jobs, that Rory had even considered applying for. She was actually pretty surprised she'd gotten an interview but she wasn't about to disappoint. She gave a quick knock on the door waiting for someone to answer.
The door would open of it's own accord, revealing a tall blonde-haired woman sitting at the desk, paperwork strewn about her. She looked up with a faint smile, giving a nod to Aurora. "Please come in and take a seat, Miss Walker."

She managed a faint smile in return as she entered the room moving across to the seat opposite her. "It's nice to meet you Ms Whiteford, thank you so much for this opportunity" She very nearly cringed at just how awkward she sounded.
She smiled briefly. "You don't need to worry. This is just merely a formality, your file is pretty explanatory of your skills. So, why don't you tell me about yourself?"

Her words set her a little at ease at least "Well I graduated from Hogwarts a year ago, one of the highest in my classes. But I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted to do so I took a year out where I worked in mainly retail until I figured some stuff out. I decided I wanted to help people, and this seemed the best way for me to do that"
She nodded contently. "You are aware that the No-Magical Liasions interact with the normal members of UK society. Say... a child has developed magic, and the parents don't understand it. How would you handle something like that?"

"I would take the time to explain clearly and carefully to both parents and children what exactly was happening. I'd make sure the whole family understood and that they knew that everything must be kept secret."
She smiled, nodding. "Sounds about what I would do in your position. One last question. Flash back to the terrorist attacks, if you were there. If not, then just say so. If those happened in no-magical London, how would you try and handle that situation?"

"Thankfully I wasn't involved in the terrorist attacks however I am aware of them. Id try to keep people as calm as possible allowing the obliviater team to do their job. From there I would interact with the muggle prime minister to work our a cover story"

Just walking to the interview has made her question her decision to pursue a government job, but she's already here so she isn't going to back out now. With a small sigh, she knocks twice on the office door.
The door opened seemingly on its' own, revealing a middle-aged woman kneeling at a table with three children surrounding the other sides, working on homework. Sera glanced behind her, standing easily and giving a smile. "You must be Natalia. I'm Sera Whiteford. Please take a seat. Continue your homework, children."
"Of course not. My husband needed to do training for the rest of the week, and I can't leave them home alone. So they stay with me when I'm at work." She explained, glancing at the children. "But, why do you want to join the Oblivators?"

She's all for parents spending time with their kids, but...she does think having them in the office during an interview is a little unprofessional, even by her standards. "Yes, right. I'm skilled with memory charms, and being an obliviator is would be a steady job that plays to my strengths."
She nodded. "I do not like that term, Muggle, being used in my department. As long as you work for me, you will not use that term. Either use No-Magical or No-Maj. There is no other options." Sera remarked, turning her chair to grab Natalia's file. "High marks in school... I don't see an issue in hiring you right away." She slid a key towards Natalia. "There are empty offices down the hall."
