From here works the current Head of International Magical Cooperation, Arthur Wood. It's a spacious office with an enchanted view of Lincliff City, to provide an added sense of normalcy and clairity in the otherwise vast darkness of the Ministry of Magic's Headquarters.

Arthur stops his work, intrigued by whatever Dragomir is planning. Huh, this person seems to have a good idea for once. "What do you have planned? The last time I worked with the Department of Education was for the Triwizard Tournament...?" He trails off, unsure if this is a good idea.

"Mixed results! I was thinking more along the lines of something like an exchange program. We did it years ago, a few students stayed in the country they loved Hogwarts so much, but it could be good to do it again."

Arthur is careful about his words, not wanting to call out any predecessors. He isn't one to comment negatively on his colleagues' work, but the behind the scences of that last Tournament was certainly difficult. "I'm confident that this time, we could manage more easily." Still, he lends his ear to Dragomir's suggestion. "That would.." He trails off, impressed. "I think that would work just as well. Maybe a combination of the idea. I'd be very interested in meeting with you further to see if we could collaborate and get the project started. If you're not busy, of course."

Arthur Wood - Head of International Magical Cooperation Send Me an Owl! - 23:06, 6 May 2023 (UTC) Out of the Department Heads he knew, Arthur must say that Dragomir is certainly the most unique. So much so that the conversation is wearing him out. There's nearly a dozen papers waiting to be reviewed and signed, and much more to be done. He intends to get of Dragomir as quickly as possible without souring any relations. "Well, whenever you have time, you're welcome to come back and discuss with me any further plans you're developing." The wording and tone made it clear that the time to meet again should be sometime in the future. For Arthur, he secretly hopes for a time far beyond the near future.
