Overlooking the Firth of Clyde, near Maybole, Carrick, on the Ayrshire coast of Scotland, is Culzean Castle. Because the castle is (to the muggles' knowledge) now owned by the National Trust for Scotland, small parts of the castle are open to the public. However, more importantly, it's home to Prince Victor and Princess Isabelle, their children, and Princess Eleanor and Prince Spencer.
Because it was tourist season, and Culzean Castle was the least busy, the vast majority of her family had spent the day here, not counting, of course, Queen Victoria and Prince Louis. Furthermore, Charlotte knew she should be with them, continuing to plan her fast-approaching wedding... but she also hadn't broken the news to anyone yet. So she'd brought Theo with her, so they could do it together. She needed the moral support. She had a feeling the reactions would... vary drastically, so to say. "We've got this," she whispers, to her fiancé (!!!), trying to sound reassuring... which she fails drastically at doing.
"Yeah, we've got this," he said, trying to sound more upbeat than Charlie sounded. Admittedly, he wasn't very confident and felt like he might be sick but...he could try being positive, at least for her. "I'm sure it'll be fine."
Sophia...had forgotten people were using this castle more frequently nowadays. She had...a friend over for the night and had hoped they wouldn't really run into anyone. However, by midday, it was apparent that they very much would be running into people. In fact, she was pretty sure her cousins and siblings were around. Sophia was in the kitchen, trying to find food, to take back to her room. Admittedly, the friend could come out, Sophia wasn't going to stop her. She couldn't hear anything, let alone voices. Certainly not enough to differentiate them.
Elenore was walking around the castle with Sacha, holding her hand as she was showing her girlfriend all that the castle had to offer. She wasn't really too worried now if anyone found out about her girlfriend, as she had spoken with Sacha about it and Archie as well. She knew that a lot of her cousins were visiting the castle today to probably escape such as she had, and wondered if they'd run into each other.
Thyra was displeased when the familiar sound of activity within the castle rouse her from a high noon slumber. Moving from the chaise lounge she had temporarily rendered a bed, the brunette carefully adjusted her curls in a more befitting manner before entering what she had deemed one of the many sitting rooms and began to pour herself a glass of Chateau Margaux to start off her afternoon.
Octavius was originally not wanting to leave his temporary room at all, he much rather would have liked to stay in bed with Toby for the rest of the day. But of course, the pair were getting bored in their room all day and some weren't in the know about Octavius and Toby's relationship, it wasn't necessarily hidden at this point. So, once both were changed into bathing suits, Octavius threw on a tank top and grabbed some towels and they headed downstairs.
Alfie had gotten an owl on route to Linlithgow with Clara from one of the maids that a large portion of his siblings and cousins were gathered at Culzean and whilst the reason was unknown, his presence was surely required. Though lamenting - more like complaining excessively - to Clara, the two eventually found themselves at Culzean. There'd been an agreement between him and Clara that he'd go in first to check if there was any importance of the matter and, if not, they could continue on their way to Linlithgow. Walking into the castle, he could hear voices coming from one of the wings and was promptly escorted there.

Skylar had stayed in the room Sophia and herself had been allotted; a lot of sounds from downstairs had meant there were an influx of royals within the castle and, no matter how much gossip she heard from Sophia, she was always a little intimidated. Waiting got boring extremely quickly and she decided to make the move to help Sophia look for food; besides, most of the noises downstairs had decreased so she felt safer. Slipping into the kitchen unnoticed, she placed her head on Sophia's shoulder for a second before moving to stand beside her, "Is the kitchen that big that you can't find some food?"
The move from bedroom to swimming pool didn't have any qualms from Toby and he happily got changed into a pair of swimming trunks and threw on an oversized-tee to wear downstairs. He kept close to Octavius, the fear of being lost in one of the castles ever present, but marvelled at the decor - still not over it from when they arrived. "What do you think all that noise was?" He asked, inquisitively, "It woke me up."
He had been sitting close by the loud ruckus, reclining contentedly as he watched Quinn play with a few puzzles she had. Finlay sighed, hearing things die down, before standing and heading into the wing, knowing when things got quiet, it meant trouble was brewing. "Alright, please say no one's trying to make up trouble." His baritone rumbled through the wing as he glanced at each room, giving a stern look at each occupant.
Seeing all her cousins and brothers there makes Charlotte feel queasy, and what she says shortly after does little to help matters. She may be fond of public appearances, but this - this was something else. Ensuring Theodore was following her into what she was pretty sure was gonna be a mess, she leads him into the main wing, where the vast majority of her relatives were. "Good morning," She's sure she looks as sick as she feels at this moment, and so she glances at Theo for some help. "Where are the others?"
Theo wasn't sure how to help. He did some research on the royals on the way here, so he knew who was who. Though he realised on the way that some of the faces were familiar. Alfred, for example, was very much familiar. But now he was at least aware of who was who.
Sophia was glad she noticed Skylar enter the kitchen beforehand or else she would have been...well, taken by surprise to say the least. She didn't exactly hear her...'friend' (whatever you wanted to call Skylar) enter. "I have to find something good enough," she shot back, "for the both of us. Plus, so many people, so many easy distractions." Not exactly true, Sophia was just indecisive. "But I have shit now so..." she trailed off with a shrug. Taking a plate of food with one hand, the other took Skylar's at the wrist to drag her out. However, she found herself pausing when she saw Charlotte with a stranger, who, well, she gathered was the baby daddy.
Clara, after listening to Alfred's complaints, was pretty much left in the car whilst Alfred went off into the castle. It was impressive–not that Clara had seen many castles to compare it to but she thought it was impressive nonetheless. She knew it was probably impertinent for Clara to follow Alfie inside, especially considering she hadn't really met the other royals and doubted they'd know who she was, but she wasn't sitting in a car for who knows how long–even for Alfie. She wanted to explore a castle. Plus, part of it was open to the public, if she was found, she could say she just got lost. Leaving the car, she slipped into the castle, following the direction where she was told Alfie went off in. She was going to explore the castle but she didn't want to get lost.
She just entered the main wing when Charlotte entered as well, noticing how many of them were actually there. "Good morning," She told Charlotte with a smile, holding Sacha's hand. She noticed Charlotte holding Theo's hand, and guessed they were a couple as well. Though, Charlotte looked awfully pale and sick, and she wondered if everything was okay. But she wasn't going to ask, not wanting to pry.
