She playfully motioned to zip her lips and then pretended to throw the key behind her, watching Lilith play.

She spoke about him the same as she always had. "Sure, he's my best friend, he's really cool and funny," she said casually.

We went bowling together and he's really sweet," she said, still very loose, almost as if she wasn't interested at all in this subject.

If you don't wanna be in a relationship then don't be in one. We don't need romance to survive," she said, feeling a tiny bit like a hypocrite.

She was fine with Lilith liking girls, and she couldn't deny that they were prettier than boys. She decided to focus on Lilith and not herself, since she felt weird. "So, are there any girls you've got one of those cute kid crushes on?" she giggled.
