Bittersweet Emporium is a gourmet chocolate shop located in Diagon Alley, just past Gringott's Bank and is currently the newest shop on the block. Built to have a friendly and calm atmosphere, soft classical music plays in the back and warm lights show off the high quality chocolate products that are all hand-made in store. The shop was created by Aikaterine Vassalos and displays her heart and soul and of course, her love for chocolate.
Bittersweet Emporium is currently looking for chocolatiers, whether full time, seasonal or part time employee.
